I am falling off the wagon. I feel like I have lost all my weight loss spark. I just can't seem to get myself motivated to eat healthy or exercise. Every day that goes by with me eating crap I feel more panicked and disappointed in myself.

I hate this feeling, I feel so powerless and it just seems to come on with no warning. One day I feel unstoppable and then all of a sudden I just can't do it.

I really want to lose weight and get healthy and everyday I wake up with good intentions, but they all go out the window by lunch time. Then I eat too much and feel repulsive. It is a miserable cycle that I don't want to get stuck in again.

I am writing this down in the hope it will help me get back up on the wagon. Blogging is the best way to be honest to myself.

  1. Babe, I could have written this! Totally know where you are, wish I didn't! Fingers crossed we can both find our mojo again eh?

  2. It's hard - its so hard. I have been there - and probably will be there again in the days to come. No one ever said that it was going to be easy.

Take it one day at a time. Start fresh tomorrow. We can do this.

  3. You know what they say....
"If you keep doing what you've always done, you'll keep getting what you've always got". It's very true. You need to stop going round and round in circles and try something different. The most I ever lost was 2kgs. Am I serious, is that all?? Yep. Dead serious. 2 pissy kilos. Then I decided one day that enough was enough and I signed up with Kek and made a commitment to myself, and to her. Accountablity really works for me. REALLY.
I would LOVE to have you as a weightloss partner. I only have 4 weeks to go with Kek, then I am signing on with a new trainer for 16 whole weeks of work, to get me right down nearer to my goal weight. It's affordable, and you can pay it off. If you are interested in doing it together, please leave a message on my blog and I will contact you.
Hey, we can be pretty and have sexy bodies to match!!

  4. {{{{HUG}}}}} It's one of the hardest things to try and regain momentum, just take each day as it comes - or even, each meal as it comes. You CAN do this!

  5. Oh dude, we've all been there. This path you've decided to take? It's really effing hard sometimes. That said, it's okay to slow down once in awhile. Just take a deep breath, think for a minute about what your ultimate goal is, and try again when you're ready.

I second the idea of trying something new (strippercise, perhaps? Belly dancing?). Even if you just try it and hate it, it'll make getting back on the wagon seem a little easier.

Good luck! We're all pulling for you!

  6. This happens to me, I get my mojo then I lose my mojo then it comes back. Just try and make the best choices you can until your mojo comes back!

Awww thanks so much for the comment!
